Community cooking, nutrition classes begin

The first of a series of community nutrition and cooking classes will begin Thursday, Feb. 2 at 6:30pm.

The location is at the BTAC Building, 375 South Carbon Avenue.

Go through the south entrance with Healing Hearts Institute above the door. Class will be in the Northwest conference room.

These classes are free, but donations are welcome.

The location may change in the coming months.The same classes are offered in Huntington the third Thursday of every month. The Feb. 2 session will deal with Anthropology of Ancestrial Diet, Disease, and Dentistry. Traditional Diets: The Key to our Vibrant Health.

On Mar. 1, the topic will be Effects of Denatured Food & Nutrient Deficiency: Benefits of Natural Foods, Cod Liver Oil, Enzymes, & Bacteria.
