Carbon School District Superintendent Steve Carlsen sits with Sevier County School District Superintendent Myron Mickelson as they jointly presented issues concerning small schools in Utah to the Utah Legislature's Rural Caucus last Friday morning. The rural caucus takes place every Friday morning at 7 a.m. during the regular session of the legislature. The caucus consists of rural legislators from all parts of the state, including Senator David Hinkins and Representative Christine Watkins.
