The Carbon County Commission has chosen Scott P. Evans Architect & Associates to design and oversee construction of the new County Courthouse and Administration Building.

Commissioner John Jones said the firm has established a good track record on previous projects in the county.

Evans designed the Department of Natural Resources building on Carbonville Road, the Senior Center at the Fairgrounds and the Search and Rescue Building off Airport Road.

The new building will be on 100 North near 750 East in Price.
