EAST CARBON - Earl Edmond Clark, age 68, passed away Jan. 15, 2012 in Price.
He was born April 27, 1943 in Poteau, Okla., to Harmen and Hazel Crumpton Clark.
Married Sharon Hunter, Aug. 30, 1967 in Sunnyside; later divorced.
Earl was a longtime resident of East Carbon where he owned and operated Clark's Repair for many years. He was a handyman by trade and at an early age he started taking things apart and putting them back together. He was knowledgeable in many trades, but his specialty was refrigeration and appliance repair. When anyone needed his services he was always there to help.
Earl honorably served his country in the U.S. Army during Vietnam. He was very patriotic and showed his respect to his country by proudly wearing his veteran hat. Earl enjoyed fishing, hunting, rafting and spending time on the Green River.
Survivors include his son, Timothy (Nicole) Clark, East Carbon; grandchildren, Dustin, Jordon and Brittnie Clark; sister, Faye (Paul) Mager, Price; brother, Frank (Pat) Modes, Price.
Earl was preceded in death by his son, Sebastion Clark; mother, Hazel Marie Parsons; brother, Willard Clark; sisters, Irene "Dean" Pritchett and Melba Noss; and step-father, Alvin Parsons.
Funeral service, Friday, Jan. 20, 2012, 11 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home. Family will be at Mitchell's Friday one hour prior to services. Interment, Price City Cemetery.
