Price Mayor Joe Piccolo and Creekview Elementary students wield the big scissors to cut the ribbon and officially open the newly-completed Price River Trail Wednesday afternoon. The 1.3 mile, $1.1 million pathway extends from 600 S. Carbon Avenue to the First North overpass. It took six years to take the project from concept to completion. More of the story is on page 5A.
