Carbon High boys basketball survives in double OT against Ben Lomand

Playing on the road is never easy in any level of competition and the Carbon High boys basketball team knows that all too well after sneaking away with a 46-44 double overtime win over Ben Lomand on Saturday.

Carbon led 16-15 at halftime before having a setback in the third quarter 14-6. The Dinos battled back outscoring their opponents 16-9 in the fourth quarter to send the game into overtime.

In the first overtime, both teams only scored two points sending the game into a second overtime. In the second extra period, the Dinos were able to walk away with the win on the road, outscoring Ben Lomond 6-4.

The Dinos were led by Jordan Blanc who had 15 points and 13 rebounds. Tanner Gagnon added nine points and eight rebounds and Dakota Cisneros had five points, five assists and four steals in the win.
