 Wellington City will hold it's Municipal Election on November 8,
2011, to elect three (3) Council members, four year terms.  The
polling location for the Wellington Precincts will be the Wellington
City Hall, located at 150 West Main Street, Wellington, Utah.  The
Poll will be open at 7:00 A.M. and will close at 8:00 P.M..  The
following is a copy of the official ballot for Wellington City.
 
 OFFICIAL BALLOT FOR WELLINGTON CITY, UTAH
 NOVEMBER 8, 2011

 	INSTRUCTIONS TO VOTERS: To vote for the candidate of your choice,
fill in the oval next to the candidate's name. Use ballpoint pen with
dark ink (not red). Do not use pencil. If you tear, deface or wrongly
mark this ballot, contact the County Clerk's office or Poll Worker.
