HELPER - Our loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend, Toni Arroyo Colunga Medina, age 86, passed away peacefully Oct. 26, 2011 at the Beehive Home in Price.
Born May 11, 1925 in Trinidad, Colo., to Timoteo and Maria Razo Arroyo.
Married John Colunga Nov. 19, 1944 in Grand Junction, Colo. He died July 7, 1963. Toni later married Agustin Medina in July of 1993 in Price. He died Feb. 15, 2008.
She was a member of Bethel Spanish Assembly of God and SOCIO.
Toni enjoyed gardening, canning, sewing, handwork and traveling. She especially loved being with her family. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Survived by her children, Connie (Richard) Cordova, Price; Robert (Pauline) Colunga, East Carbon; Karen (Jim) Sanchez, Price; step children, Inez Enriquez, Salt Lake City; Rosella (Toby) Salazar, West Jordan; nine grandchildren; nine great- grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her parents; husbands, John Colunga and Agustin Medina; seven siblings.
Funeral Service, Saturday, Oct. 29, 2011, 10 a.m. Mitchell Funeral Home. Family will receive friends Saturday morning from 9-9:45 a.m. Interment, Mt. View Cemetery, Helper.
