'Dark Butterfly Maiden' wins Fantasy Hair

USU Eastern cosmetology student Mandy Jessen holds the first place award she won for her styling of model Amber Nielson in the college's Fantasy Hair Contest. Jessen has already taken second place in statewide competition in skills. She chose the title "Dark Butterfly Maiden" for the makeup and hairstyle design. The annual Fantasy Hair event is an opportunity for students to display their skills and turn their imaginations loose. More photos and winners are on page 2A.
