Workmen at the Reeves building on the College of Eastern Utah campus use a lift to hoist sheet rock to the second story of the structure so material can be taken inside and installed. The exterior is nearing completion and work has started to finish the inside. The structure should be finished in the summer and departments from various locations on the campus will begin moving in. Plans are to tear down the old administration building next year.
