Young participants release balloons Saturday morning at the Castle Valley Center in Price as part of the fund raising event for Share and Care Foundation. The foundation assists families with members affected by Cockayne Syndrome. The disease is extremely rare - with perhaps only 200 known cases worldwide - and there is no known cure. There is only one specialist in the nation, in Boston, and the foundation helps fund transportation for patients and family members to travel there.
