Price City's Auditiorium was host for an evening full of magic and mind tricks all in the name of a good cause.

Magician Al Lampkin performed his magic act for a crowd of children at the Price City Auditorium on Monday night.

Lampkin performed many tricks including having an audience member pick out a card from a deck and a rope trick intended to confuse his special assistant on the stage.

Lampkin's magic show will help benefit the Price City Fire Department as funds gathered from the show will go towards buying new equipment for the fire fighters, according to Price City Fire Chief Paul Bedont.

Bedont said the show is a yearly event intended to not only help raise money for the fire department, but also to provide a fund event for the youth in the community.
