Summons
TO: JOHN DOES 1-10 - A Complaint for Partition has been filed with the
Seventh Judicial District Court of Carbon County at 149 East 100
South, Price, Utah, as case number 110700610. Within 20 days of this
summons if you are a resident of the State of Utah or within 30 days
of this summons if you are not a resident of the State of Utah, you
must file your written answer with the clerk of the court at the above
address, and serve a copy upon Petitioner's counsel, Jon R. Carpenter,
at 90 W. 100 N., Suite 3, Price, Utah 84501. If you fail to do so,
judgment by default may be taken against you for the relief demanded
in the complaint. The complaint is on file with the clerk of the
court.
