National Forest Timber For Sale Manti-Lasal National Forest

The Millers Flat Sale is located within T. 15 S., R. 6 E., Sections 9,
15, 16, 20, 21 and 22, Salt Lake Meridian, Sanpete and Emery County,
Utah. The Forest Service will receive sealed and oral bids in public
at Sanpete Ranger District, Manti-La Sal NF, 540 North Main Street
Ephraim, Utah at 10:00 AM local time on 09/28/2011 for an estimated
volume of 1195.37 CCF of Subalpine Fir sawtimber, 59.1 CCF of Aspen
sawtimber, and 3871.6 CCF of DEAD sawtimber marked or otherwise
designated for cutting. In addition, there is within the sale area an
unestimated volume of DEAD and Down fuelwood, and Dead Engelmann
Spruce sawtimber that the bidder may agree to remove at a fixed rate.
The Forest Service reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Interested parties may obtain a prospectus from the office listed
below. A prospectus, bid form, and complete information concerning the
timber, the conditions of sale, and submission of bids is available to
the public from the Sanpete Ranger District, Manti-La Sal NF, 540
North Main Street Ephraim, Utah. The USDA is an equal opportunity
