Carbon County School District nutrition association president Peggy Wilmonen hands a blankets and stuffed toy bear to Utah Highway Patrol Trooper Larry Mower. The women in the association bought the material and made 35 blankets as part of the organization's community project. The association also purchased the bears in the hope that the stuffed toys will cheer and give comfort to children who are involved in accidents or other emergency situations. The blankets and stuffed animals will be kept inside the UHP patrol cruisers.
