Carbon Avenue closed for rail crossing repair

As planned, Carbon Avenue was closed to traffic Sunday and the barricades and signs remained in place Monday. The closure was necessary for repairs to the railroad crossing at about 100 South. The vital traffic artery should be opened by Tuesday evening.
