This year's Perseids meteor shower during the early morning hours Saturday will be all but washed out by a glaringly bright full Moon.

However, according to NASA/JPL Solar System Ambassador to Utah Patrick Wiggins, Utahns will be able to see The International Space Station overhead, which is bright enough to see even with a full moon..

Friday: Rise at 4:59 a.m. in the NW; Be high overhead at 5:02 and then pass near bright planet Jupiter a few seconds later; Set at 5:05 a.m. in the SE.

Saturday:Rise at 10:12 p.m. in the SW; Fly high overhead at 10:15 p.m.; Pass into the shadow of the Earth and fade from view low in the NE at 10:16 p.m.

Tuesday: Rise at 8:54 p.m. in the SW; High overhead at 8:57 p.m.; Set at 9:00 p.m. in the NE
