Josh Mills, 9 years old, and dad, Gary, remove the snow from the driveway of the family's home on Tuesday morning in south Price. The storm started early in the morning, but was not supposed to show up until later in the afternoon. The storm was also expected to be relatively weak in the eastern part of the state. By 2 p.m., several areas of Castle Country had received around four inches and the snow was continuing to come down hard.
