A Utah Highway Patrol Charger and a souped up Ford Ranger were just some of the vehicles entered into the burnout contest on Friday evening. Cars and Trucks, both new and old, competed to see who could burn the most rubber on a strip built on 100 E, next to the Price Peace Gardens. The UHP Charger, which is said to have about 900 horsepower, took home the top place in the competition after filling the air with a large plume of burnt rubber.
