The hot air balloon is not really perched in the pine tree. It is well behind the tree in the old Durrant School lot Saturday morning during the International Days balloon rides. Hot Air Enterprises of Pleasant Grove brought the balloon to Price to be part of the days of activities celebrating the city's diverse heritage and its centennial or incorporation. The ride, which took passengers 40 feet in the air, was a hit with young people who got up early to climb aboard and soar. More photographs of the festival are on pages A13 and A14.
