Carbon Coaches to hold CHS Golf Team Tryouts

Carbon Head Golf Coach Tom King will be conducting boy's team tryouts on August 2, 3 and 4 at the Carbon Country Club Golf Course. Matches will start each day at noon with potential team members playing 18 holes per day. According to King, coaches will make their first cut after the second day of play with final cuts being made on August 4. Tryouts are open to all boys going into the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grades. Contact King at 637-2388 for more information or simply show up on Aug. 2 by 11 a.m.
