Letter to the Editor: Not on map

Recently I visited the Harry Truman Library in Independence, Mo.

On entering the library there is a huge map of the United States showing the route Truman took on his railroad trip campaigning for President. There is a light and the name of each town in which he stopped to speak.

Price was listed; Helper was not. By each town there was a globe. If you push the globe a light goes on and you can hear the speech he made.

When he came through Carbon County the train stopped at Soldier Summit. The students got to see the President.

Unfortunately, like Helper, Soldier Summit is not shown on the map either.
