Notice Of Hearing
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 57-5-7.5, Utah Code annotated,
Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of
Carbon County, Utah, will hold a public hearing at a special meeting
to be held Friday July 29, 2011 at 4:30 PM in the Commission Chamber
of the Courthouse, Price, Utah for the purpose of review and possible
approval of a Zone Change from WS to MR and Conditional Use Permit to
construct and operate two gas wells in the NWNE Sec. 9 and SENW Sec.
10, T12S, R10E
