 The Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration hereby
gives notice that the following properties in Carbon County are being
considered for disposal through sale: Lower Miller Creek Parcel A (PS
7801), Township 15 South, Range 11 East, SLB&M, Section 29: 
SW¼NW¼.  Containing 40.00 acres, more or less.  Lower Miller
Creek Parcel B (PS 7802), Township 15 South, Range 11 East, SLB&M,
Section 29:  NW¼SW¼.  Containing 40.00 acres, more or less.  Any
individual wishing to submit a competing application to purchase,
lease, and/or exchange for either of these properties, a portion
thereof, or a parcel including any of the above-described acreage,
should file an application and the appropriate application fee(s). 
The Trust Lands Administration will accept competing applications
during the following period of time: From 7:00 A.M., Thursday, July
14, 2011 until 6:00 P.M., Monday, August 15, 2011 at Trust Lands
Administration, 675 East 500 South, Suite 500, Salt Lake City, UT
84102-2818.  Phone 801-538-5100.  Reference No.:  PS 7801 & PS 7802. 
The Trust Lands Administration reserves the right to reject any
application or subsequent bids.  For additional information, please
