Trash fire gets out of control

Price fire fighters douse a small brush fire Monday morning off Airport Road. A man burning trash accidentally touched off the blaze.

Officials want to remind people that it is illegal to burn trash, and no open burning is allowed in the county between June 1 and October 31.

This is also the season when careless use of fireworks can touch off uncontrolled fires in and out of cities.
