LEGAL NOTICE
Utah Abandoned Mine Reclamation Program is developing plans to
abate abandoned underground mine fire called Maclean Project on
private land 6 miles west of Helper, Carbon County, Utah. Funded by
Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement, Denver. NEPA
compliance underway. Construction would take place September, 2011.
