Outdoor workers ignore winter storm

Carpenters continue to work on a house in a new subdivision in Carbonville despite Tuesday's winter storm. Construction, delivery and maintenance industry employees along with individuals who remove the snow from streets and sidewalks face different on-the-job challenges than people who work indoors in air-conditioned or heated buildings.
