Carbon residents welcome snowfall

Three-year-old Makay Lupo stretches to put the finishing touches on a snowman that she and her father built Tuesday morning. Carbon County residents welcomed the first snowfall of the season on Dec. 17. It was reported that as much as eight inches fell in Helper and Spring Glen. Price received three or four inches, while only a skiff was reported in East Carbon. Makay is the daughter of Valerie and Cody Lupo.
