Tom and Kathy Cook are pleased to announce the marriage of their son TJ Cook to Jaclyn Carver daughter of Mark and Mary Carver. They were wed in the LDS Bountiful Temple for time and all eternity on Friday, May 13, 2011.

An open house will be held in their honor on Thursday May 26 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Price 5th Ward building 545 E. 400 N. All friends and family are invited to attend.
