Dinos streak hits 19; state tournament next

Hayden Basinger slams a pitch for a double in the non-region game against Mountain View on Tuesday. The Dinos went on to win 4-2 and extend their streak to 19 games. The first round of the state playoffs begins Saturday in Price. Cedar will play Judge Memorial at 10 a.m. on the Carbon High School field. Carbon will play Manti at 1 p.m. The winners of the early games will play each other, and the losers will play the losers. These two games will both be at 4 p.m. Win or lose, Carbon will play at 4 p.m. on the USU Eastern field. The other game will be played on the Carbon High field.
