Helper revises cemetery monument rules

The Helper City Council has revised a portion of its cemetery ordinance to allow taller monuments in part of the Mountain View Cemetery. The ordinance had limited their height to 20 inches, but after hearing concerns from some citizens that the restriction did not allow them to honor their loved ones with bigger monuments, the city decided that 30 inches would accommodate the need without interfering with groundskeeping.
