The snow that began on Monday night hopefully will result in a lot of water next summer. It can also result in difficult driving circumstances. In recent years snow tires have not been as popular, largely because of front wheel drive vehicles and radial tires. But many drivers still go to the winter treads when the white stuff comes down.
