The following described property will be sold at public auction to
the highest bidder on June 1, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Main
Entrance to the CARBON County Courthouse, 149 EAST 100 SOUTH, PRICE,
UT 84501, in the County of CARBON by BRYAN W. CANNON, as Successor
Trustee, and Citifinancial, Inc., current Beneficiary, under the Deed
of Trust dated June 1, 2009, made by JUNE RUBIO, as Trustor recorded
June 5, 2009 as Entry No. 801238 in Book 701 at page 41 of official
records of CARBON county, given to secure indebtedness in favor of
Citifinancial, Inc. by reason of certain obligations secured thereby.
Notice of Default was recorded January 31, 2011 as Entry No. 809338
of said official records.
Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder payable in
lawful money of the United States, without warranty as to title,
possession or encumbrances. Bidders must be prepared to tender the
purchase price in the amount bid within 24 hours of the sale by

of Default are June Rubio and Joseph Noah Rubio.
This sale is for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said
Deed of Trust including fees, charges and expenses of Trustee,
advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest
thereon and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of
Trust with interest thereon as in said note and by law provided.
Bidders must tender to the trustee a $5,000.00 deposit at the sale
and the balance of the purchase price by 12:00 noon the day following
the sale. The deposit must be in the form of a bank or credit union
cashier's check or bank official check payable to Bryan W. Cannon and
Associates. The balance must be in the form of a wire transfer, bank
or credit union cashier's check, bank official check or U.S. Postal
money order payable to Bryan W. Cannon and Associates. Cash payments
