NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT AN IMPACT FEE ENACTMENT
The Price River Water Improvement District (the "District") hereby
gives notice that it intends to adopt an Impact Fee Enactment
according to the analysis and summary of the Capital Facilities Plan
for 2011 following the public's input during the Public Hearing to be
held on May 3, 2011. Interested persons may review a draft of the
written analysis and summary of the proposed enactment at the
District's Service Center during regular business hours.
