(Left to right) Price Mayor Joe Piccolo, Barbara Piccolo and city council members Kathy Hanna-Smith, Jeanne McEvoy, Richard Tatton and Rick Davis stand beneath the newly unfurled Price Centennial flag at Saturday's 100th-year birthday party. All are dressed in 1911 garb in keeping with the event. Clouds and threat of rain or snow forced the party, with free cake and ice cream, into the city hall lobby and auditorium. During his speech, Mayor Piccolo showed the audience a time capsule that will contain memorabilia of 2011 for the next centennial. People can suggest items the city should include.
