Request for change to the Carbon County Zone map from R-2-8,000 to
RR-1 on approximately 19.52 acres to be located on Parcel #
02-1074-0001 by Robert Torgerson.
Request for approval to amend the Conditional Use Permit for the Utah
09-413 well, removal of the building over the well head by
ConocoPhillips Company.
Request for approval to amend the Conditional Use Permit for the
Liddell 29-854 well, replace existing down hole pump with a beam pump
jack by ConocoPhillips Company.
