A shooter takes careful aim at the flying target before pulling the trigger during the 24th annual Coal Country travel trophy shoot at the Helper Gun Club. This shoot was a coal company-sponsored event for anyone who is affiliated or involved in the coal industry. It was primarily established as a fun shoot and a get together, with a traveling trophy was offered to the highest scoring team. Twenty-five teams of five members each used four stations as competition. The four stations included the single, handicap, doubles and international event. The five members each shot 25 targets at each station and trophies awarded in the categories of traveling trophy, trophies to the first place team, high gun trophy, low gun trophy and the most improved since last year trophy. The winning team was Carbon Emery Powder Coating.
