Earl A Wentzell was called home on Feb. 28, 2011 to help tend to the flowers in Heaven.
He was born Aug. 24, 1925 in Nova Scotia, Canada to Violet & Alexander Wentzell. Earl lived a very adventurous and exciting life sailing, traveling around the world, meeting new friends, working at Louise Gardens green house in Salt Lake and Spring Glen. He looked forward to every spring, so he could visit with all of his gardening friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Pauline.
Earl is survived by his sister Irleen Daurie (Gerry) McKiel ,Canada; nieces, nephews, dear friend Joan Freckleton and family, and many other friends. He will be greatly missed by his special friends Patrick & Annette Dougherty and boys.
His wish was to be cremated, and sent home to Canada to be with his family. A celebration of his life will be held Sunday March, 13 at 1 p.m. at the Old Ann Self School in Spring Glen. We would like to thank Rocky Mountain Hospice and Pinnacle Care Center for all their wonderful care. As Earl would say "I Thank You."
