Notice Of Hearing
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 57-5-7.5, Utah Code annotated,
Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of
Carbon County, Utah, will hold a public hearing at a meeting to be
held Wednesday March 2, 2011 at 4:30 PM in the Commission Chamber of
the Courthouse, Price, Utah for the purpose of review and possible
approval of a request for a CUP to convert the Alpine School District
6-17 and 3-17 production wells to Class II injection wells located in
the NE/4 of Sec. 17, T13S, R07E in the Clear Creek Area
