FOR PRICE CITY EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PORTFOLIO
Price City is accepting proposals for consulting services concerning
the provision of employee health and welfare benefits including
medical and dental insurance for a three to five year period beginning
July 1, 2011. Guidelines for the required professional services and
the submission of proposals can be obtained at the office of the Human
Resource/Risk Management Director, Price City Hall, Room 204, 185 East
Main, Price, Utah. Proposals will be received until March 11, 2011 at
2:00 PM, when they will be opened in Room 201 at Price City Hall.
