	Notice is hereby given that the City of Sunnyside will hold a Public
Hearing to discuss submitting applications to the Permanent Community
Impact Fund Board for funding for the Sunnyside City Range Creek Phase
I Preliminary Feasibility Study (Scope of work to include Flume work)
and for a New Fire Truck for the City of Sunnyside.  

	Sunnyside City will solicit comments concerning the size, scope, and
nature of the funding request for the above projects.  All interested
persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard.

	The hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2011 at 6:30 p.m.
at the Sunnyside City Hall and Community Center City Council Chambers,
595 Edgehill Drive, Sunnyside, UT  84539.

	In Compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Individuals
needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communication aids
and services) during this meeting should notify Polly Sanderson,
435-888-4444, at least three (3) working days prior to the meeting.
