The Wellington City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday,
February 16, 2011 at 7 P.M. at the Wellington City Hall, located at
150 West Main Street, Wellington, Utah. Purpose of hearing is to
receive public comment on a proposed rate increase for sewer service
within Wellington City. It is proposed that the current rate of
$22.75 per month be increased to $28.00 per month. Increase is due to
required main line replacement, new regulations which require sewer
systems to be video'd once every five years and increased maintenance
costs.

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons
needing auxiliary services for this meeting should call Ken Powell at
435-637-5213 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.

				Ken Powell,
Wellington City Recorder
