IVINS - Jackie Ann Pilling Frandsen, beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister, age 64, passed away Jan. 28, 2011 at her home surrounded by family.
She was born March 2, 1946 in Price to Arthur M. and Sylvia Hunt Pilling.
Married Dale Smith, together they had four daughters, they later divorced. She then found and married the love of her life Dave Frandsen. They were very happy until he passed away Sept. 16, 2006.
Jackie had a passion for cooking and entertaining. She and Dave loved going camping, especially their annual trips to Lake Powell.
She is survived by her mother Sylvia Pilling, her children; Cherrie Tidwell, Ivins, Kerrie Smith, Ivins, Denise (Don) Paul, Running Springs, Calif., Miles (Cheryl) Frandsen, St. George, Steffani (Dave) Murray, Phoenix, Ariz., 12 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, brothers Arthur "Butch" (Shawnna), Wellington, and Boyd (Stephane), West Jordan.
She was preceded in death by her husband Dave Frandsen, her father Arthur Pilling, daughter Tracey Morris, and brother, Craig Pilling
