    The State of Utah, through the School and Institutional Trust
Lands Administration, is seeking letters of interest to purchase the
following property near Joe's Valley Reservoir in Emery County:
    
    Township 17 South, Range 6 East, SLB&M
    Section: 32
    
    W2W2, less the following metes & bounds description:
    
    Beg. at a point on the S line of Sec. 32, 307.7 ft. E'ly from the
N 1/4 corner of Sec. 5, T18S, R6E, SLB&M, said point being the SE
corner of the SW4SW4 of said Sec. 32; thence N along the East line of
said SW4SW4 180.5 ft.; thence along a reg. curve to the left with a
radius of 622.96 feet for an arc distance of 116.0 ft. (bearing of
tangent at beg. of curve is N 11°39' W); thence N 22°19' W 173.5
ft.; thence along a regular curve to the right with a radius of 522.96
feet for an arc distance of 202.3 ft.; thence N 0°09' W 905.8 feet;
thence along a regular curve to the left with a radius of 2914.8 feet
for an arc distance of 356.1 feet; thence N 7°09' W 2807.8 ft.;
thence along a regular curve to the left with a radius of 2914.8 feet
for an arc distance of 542.6 feet; thence N 17°49' W 43.1 ft. to
the North line of Sec. 32; thence W'ly along said North line 673.4
feet to the NW corner of Sec. 32; thence S'ly along the West line of
Sec. 32, 5,280 feet to the SW corner of said Sec. 32; thence E'ly
along the South line of Sec. 32, 1320.0 feet to the point of
beginning.
    
    	Approximately 30.65 acres m/l.
    
    	The property is located approximately 20 miles west of Castle
Dale, UT near Joe's Valley Reservoir.The property will be sold subject
to an existing lease to Blaine and Mary Ann Luke for a lodge and
related facilities. The lease expires on 11/30/2048. In addition to
submitting a letter of interest, any individual interested in
purchasing this property will also need to be willing to submit a
sealed bid proposal at a later date.  The purchase price for the
property will be at least $55,000.00, plus closing costs. No financing
will be offered by the Trust Lands Administration for the sale of the
subject property. The property will be sold in its "as is" condition
without any warranty or guarantee. Interested parties are strongly
encouraged to do their own due diligence regarding the condition of
the subject property and any environmental or other potential
liabilities associated with owning the subject property. 
    
    	Letters of interest are due no later than February 25, 2011,
should be sent to the address below, and should include a reference to
"Joe's Valley Sale Parcel."
