Summary of Resolution Number 2010-07
In the regular meeting of the Board of Carbon County Commissioners
of October 6, 2010, the Commissioners approved Resolution Number
2010-07, a Resolution Requesting the Recertification of the Carbon
County Justice Court within the jurisdictional limits of Carbon
County, effective January 1, 2011. A copy of the complete Resolution
is available for review at the Office of the County Clerk, Carbon
County Courthouse, 120 East Main Street, Price, Utah.
