Defendant,
To be sold Sheriff's Sale at the front door of the Carbon County
Court Complex, 149 East 100 South, Price, Utah on the 7th day of
JANUARY, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. of said day that certain pieces of
personal property, to-wit:
2006 JEEP LIBERTY SPORT 4 DOOR WAGON
Purchase price payable in lawful money of the United States of
America and is due at the time of sale. Any payment is to be made in
guaranteed funds every bid is an irrevocable offer. If a person
refuses to pay the amount bid, the person is liable for the difference
between the amount bid and the ultimate sale price.
The Carbon County Sheriff's Office has the right to accept or reject
any or all bids.
