Utah Highway Patrol Trooper Chris Parkins fingerprints Sally Mauro student Amanda Dimick. Helper city police officers, assisted by several UHP troopers, fingerprinted and took pictures of the elementary school students last week. The identification kits will be sent to the parents of the participating youngsters. The kits will provide law enforcement officers with valuable information in the event a crime occurs involving one of the children.
