Toppled semi awaits rescue at top of Price Canyon
A heavy-duty wrecker gets ready to haul a toppled semi back onto the road Monday morning about a mile south of Soldier Summit. The rollover happened in the early morning of Dec. 21. Heavy snow and snow-covered roads caused the mishap, according to Utah Highway Patrol Sgt. Warren Nelson. The sergeant said the trailer had to be unloaded first, and that Public Safety officials were waiting for weather to ease up and for holiday traffic to thin out before blocking lanes on the busy highway. There were no injuries.
