The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) advises travelers U.S. 6 in through Price Canyon is now open to traffic with restrictions in both directions.

The road is currently open only to vehicles with four-wheel drive or chains. Chains are mandatory for all semi-trucks.

The road was closed for approximately one hour this morning while maintenance forces battled the snow and ice.

Winter driving conditions are expected to continue throughout the day.
