Sister Melanie Diane Powell has been called to serve in the Argentina Buenos Aires South Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her primary assignment will be to labor as the Mission Nurse Specialist. She will enter the Provo MTC on Dec. 29. Sister Powell will be speaking in the Wellington Third Ward on Dec. 19 at 9 a.m. at the Wellington Stake Center, 935 E. Main. She is the daughter of Robert and Gayla Powell.
